{"id":60648,"date":"2024-05-29T13:18:01","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T11:18:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistarambla.com\/?p=60648"},"modified":"2024-05-29T13:18:01","modified_gmt":"2024-05-29T11:18:01","slug":"hasta-419-activistas-y-manifestantes-independentistas-podran-beneficiarse-de-la-amnistia-en-catalunya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistarambla.com\/en\/hasta-419-activistas-y-manifestantes-independentistas-podran-beneficiarse-de-la-amnistia-en-catalunya\/","title":{"rendered":"Hasta 419 activistas y manifestantes independentistas podr\u00e1n beneficiarse de la amnist\u00eda en Catalunya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alerta Solidaria calcula que un total de 419 personas independentistas se podr\u00e1n beneficiar de la ley de amnist\u00eda, mientras 749 personas m\u00e1s ya tienen las causas archivadas o han sido absueltas. <!--more-->Es el balance actualizado de esta entidad de defensa jur\u00eddica de la izquierda independentista y lo ha hecho p\u00fablico este mi\u00e9rcoles, un d\u00eda antes de que previsiblemente el Congreso apruebe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revistarambla.com\/en\/espana-el-pais-de-las-amnistias\/\">la ley<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Alerta Solidaria, ha habido un total de 1.168 personas independentistas con causas penales relacionadas con el proceso, 137 de las cuales han sido condenadas. La entidad ha excluido del recuento los cargos pol\u00edticos, los miembros de administraciones y tambi\u00e9n las personas procesadas por haber trabajado por cuenta de alguna administraci\u00f3n. Han incluido los procesados por terrorismo de la operaci\u00f3n Judas y tambi\u00e9n, como excepci\u00f3n, las diez personas investigadas a la Audiencia Nacional por el caso Tsunami, porque hay que solo son activistas.<\/p>\n<h2>137 condenados y 282 en procesos penales<\/h2>\n<p>El recuento precisa que casi la mitad, 571, han conseguido que las causas se archivaran y que 152, el 27% del total, recibieran sentencias absolutorias. Por el contrario, 137 afectados han sido condenados por alg\u00fan delito, 12 est\u00e1n esperando sentencia, 127 esperan juicio y a 143 se los est\u00e1 investigando en causas penales relacionadas con el independentismo en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revistarambla.com\/en\/actualidad\/catalunya\/\">Catalunya<\/a>. Son estas personas, un total de 419, las que se beneficiar\u00edan de la ley de amnist\u00eda si se acaba aprobando y los jueces lo aplican tal como han previsto los autores del texto legal.<\/p>\n<h2>Amnist\u00eda para independentistas: sin \u00abdiscursos triunfalistas\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Alerta Solidaria ha explicado que ahora activar\u00e1 un equipo t\u00e9cnico de seguimiento de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley de amnist\u00eda para independentistas, para \u00abhacer una lectura pol\u00edtica sincera, sin discursos triunfalistas forzados.\u00bb En este sentido, aseguran que estos discursos \u00abson en su origen del desenga\u00f1o de la base popular independentista\u00bb, porque \u00abmaquillan la realidad m\u00e1s dura\u00bb:<\/p>\n<p>Por todo ello, el portavoz de Alerta Solidaria, Mart\u00ed Majoral, ha afirmado que con la ley de amnist\u00eda no se avanza hacia la independencia y que \u00abno se han desactivado las armas del Estado para la represi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica\u00bb:\u00a0 \u00abTenemos que empezar a explicar a la gente que si queremos avanzar hacia la independencia la represi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 un escollo importante y que la volveremos a tener muy presente, tal como lo hemos sufrido estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y muchos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Majoral ha insistido en el hecho que \u00absi hay algo segura es que el Estado, cuando haga falta, lo volver\u00e1 a hacer\u00bb, que se trata que el independentismo aprenda de los errores cometidos y se dote \u00abde estructuras todav\u00eda m\u00e1s fuertes para poderla superar
